We’ve come a long way from boiling chicory in a campfire pot. There’s a new high-craft, full-service coffee bar in town that distills the finest cup of black gold this side of Cripple Creek. With beans roasted right here in the Springs by Hold Fast Coffee, we’re brewing up the perfect cup of coffee, and so much more.

Hours of Operation

Open Daily: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Find a plush seat in our lobby for a work remote morning or a meeting with colleagures. Join us for gatherings and revelries: on select days each month, we host Cottonwood Center for the Arts pop ups, aura cleansing sessions, coffee tastings, and mini-massages from our on-site therapists, alongside your order.

What’s On The Menu

We’re brewing the perfect cup of coffee in the new lobby of the Mining Exchange Hotel. We’re also serving a full menu of freshly baked in house pastries, hearty breakfast and lunch items, a selection of wine, beer, cocktails, potions and tinctures to elevate your mood and boost wellness.
